Warranty Policy

  • Penco will process manufacturers' warranties for all materials that we sell.
  • The customer is responsible for providing all information required by the manufacturer to process.
  • The customer is responsible for providing proof of purchase from Penco Corp.
  • Penco will process, at our discretion, warranties for materials that we did not sell for an administrative fee of $75 per item.
  • This includes brands that we handle, as well as some brands that we do not handle.
  • The administrative fee must be paid in advance.

Penco’s Returned Goods Policy

Materials to be returned to stock for resale:
  • Material must be returned in its original clean and unmarked carton.
  • For pickup by our delivery trucks, return authorization must be obtained from a Penco salesperson or branch in advance. Our drivers are not permitted to pick up unauthorized returns.
  • Materials must have been purchased from Penco.
  • Some electronic controls may not be returned.
Materials that are defective or damaged upon receipt from Penco:
  • Material must be returned in its original clean and unmarked carton.
  • Penco must be notified of the damage or defect promptly and return authorization must be received prior to the return.
Special order materials to be returned to our vendor for credit:
  • Material must be returned in its original clean and unmarked carton.
  • Return permission must be received from Penco's vendor, and return authorization granted to the customer, before Penco will accept the return of the material.
  • Credit will be subject to approval from Penco's vendor.
