Warehouse Clerk/Counter Sales


Position available within our Seaford, DE and Easton, MD Branch Job Responsibilities as follows: -Load/unload product efficiently and accurately -Pull Customer orders & transfers -Assemble orders, transfers in identified lag area, ensure they are properly packed and labeled -Load trucks with orders and transfers to match delivery route -Verify product and product count is accurate -Follow company policy for returned goods and warranties -Work with other departments for timely resolution of customer service issues -Service customers at the counter by taking orders and entering them with accuracy and efficiency -Increase sales and average order size by cross selling, add-on sales and by offering promotional sales items a well as new products -Promote and sell overages, discontinued items and commission specials -Handle complaints and returns, maintain a positive relationship with the customer -Keep counter area inventory stocked; remove or add inventory items to create additional sales -Follow company policy for cash, credit card sales, and check acceptance -Practice proper PPE (i.e. safety shoes, gloves, safety harness, ladders) -Observe all safe practices for lift truck operation Housekeeping duties as part of daily routine or as directed

Credit Manager


Job Responsibilities: " Review & setup new customer credit accounts per company policy; " Reviews credit applications and assesses credit risks; assigns appropriate credit limits; " Manages and adjusts existing credit limits as needed; " Initiates appropriate actions to ensure collection of slow paying or delinquent balances, including phone contacts, reminders to Account Managers, written correspondence, referral to collection agencies, and, where appropriate, legal remedies; " Review customer accounts on a regular basis to maintain appropriate level of risk including discussing work out programs; " Develops strategies to manage credit risks and reduce Company exposure to credit risk; " Recommend and make appropriate changes to company credit policy as approved by management; " Prepare weekly reports of accounts receivable status; " Regular communication with President, sales, and branch managers to improve credit quality and cash flow; " Maintain relationship with collection agency and collection attorney; " Display professionalism in all contacts with customers, vendors, and employees; " Visit customers as needed to establish strong business relationships and limit credit risk. Qualifications: " 3+ years related experience in credit and collection activities for industrial or commercial settings; " Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook; " Excellent oral and written communication skills; " Capable of working in a fast paced environment; " Ability to problem solve with little supervision; " Competency in mathematical concepts and computations (i.e. multiplication and division, addition and subtraction, percentages, fractions, ratios, metric conversions, etc.).

Driver - Newark, DE


Job Responsibilities: Delivery: " Review delivery tickets and check date, directions, special instructions " Check load for stability and that all product is secure " Utilize GPS tracking System " Deliveries should be made in a safe and efficient manner " Check packages for correct customer, count number of pieces, check pipe size and quantity " Place delivery inside or close to the building, lay fiberglass down " Document delivery and receipt according to company policy " Return items must have authorization paperwork ( MRA) " Perform DOT pre-trip inspection using pre-trip inspection sheet " Obey all traffic regulations while operating a company owned vehicle on public roads or private property Warehouse: " Load/unload product efficiently and accurately " Pull Customer orders & transfers " Assemble orders, transfers in identified lag area, ensure they are properly packed and labeled " Load trucks with orders and transfers to match delivery route " Verify product and product count is accurate " Practice proper PPE (i.e. safety shoes, gloves, safety harness, ladders) " Observe all safe practices for lift truck operation " Housekeeping duties as part of daily routine or as directed " Operate duct board cutter safely and in accordance with company procedure " Maintain safe driving record that meets/exceeds company criteria Minimum Requirements: " Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) driver qualifications " Pass DOT physical and have current DOT physical card " Minimum 3 years of Delivery Driving Experience (Box Truck) " Ability to work in a fast-paced environment " Must be flexible, organized and self-motivating " Must demonstrate attention to detail " Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) " Must be able to operate lift trucks " Safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds, walk 1-3 miles on a daily basis, reach/grasp items " Operate a computer based inventory system
